Founded by Dr. Dylan Lemery, DPT, CSCS, DL Training Systems focuses on holistic athlete development, combining physical conditioning, mental coaching, and nutrition guidance to maximize performance. DL Training Systems’ new location at MODE will enhance the training experience for athletes by offering access to cutting-edge equipment, expert coaching, and a vibrant fitness community.

Dr. Dylan Lemery

Dr. Dylan Lemery, DPT, CSCS, is a distinguished Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach specializing in training of elite athletes. As the owner and founder of DL Training Systems, Dylan has established himself as a leading expert in his field, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to ensure peak performance and rapid recovery for his clients.

 

With a career marked by significant achievements, Dylan has worked with over five world champions, two wrestlers currently competing in the 2024 Paris Olympics, numerous UFC athletes, and more than 20 professional athletes across combat sports. His approach is grounded in science and tailored to meet the unique needs of each athlete, ensuring success at any level of competition. Dylan’s commitment to excellence and his proven track record make him a trusted and sought-after professional in the world of sports performance.

Coach

Ben Wardel

With a 15-year journey in CrossFit and a strong background in college football, my approach to coaching is deeply rooted in enhancing athletic performance and fostering a supportive community environment. Introduced to CrossFit by my wife, I found a new avenue for my competitive spirit, leading to achievements in individual competitions and two regional team appearances. 

I bring a unique blend of expertise to MODE, where I have been coaching Crossfit for 8 years. I hold a Level 1 CrossFit coaching certification and a doctorate in physical therapy, specializing in the performance and safety of CrossFit athletes from novices to seasoned competitors. My professional focus is on ensuring optimal training techniques and preventing injuries, tailoring each session to the needs and goals of our athletes.

At MODE, my ambition is to guide our members toward increasing their cardiovascular and muscular strength and enhancing their health over the long term. We are more than just a gym—we are a community dedicated to lifting each other up and achieving our highest potential together.

Coach

Bre Wilde

I am so excited to have the opportunity to be coaching here. I have loved group fitness ever since I started going to it with my mom in 2014. We started at a CrossFit gym together and my love for it just continued to grow. I decided I wanted to go get my level 1 so I can coach classes and let people see it’s not as scary or intimidating as it seems! I am also a certified personal trainer getting my NASM a couple of years ago and doing one on one personal training sessions. I love being surrounded by people who are motivated and wanting to live healthier lifestyles pushing and encouraging each other inside the gym.
